What is the security level of the ITCC system?

I wonder if ITCC has security levels? It is the certification for the SIL level. Since many units connect all signals to the ITCC (including signals such as auxiliary pumps that should be controlled by the MCC), is this approach reliable?
ITCC does not require security level requirements. Unit control is just unit control; the fewer integrated components, the more reliable it is.
