Job responsibilities: 1. Responsible for developing the processing and assembly procedures for products, as well as creating work instructions； 2. Responsible for formulating and implementing product production processes and process standards, as well as analyzing and resolving on-site process issues ； 3. Responsible for formulating and modifying the material consumption quotas for product parts ； 4. Responsible for the scientific integration of processes and technological upgrades in various workshops ； 5. Responsible for the application of new materials, new processes, and new technologies ； 6. Analyze and resolve product quality issues related to customer complaints, and formulate and implement corrective and preventive actions. Qualifications: 1. Extensive experience in chemical engineering processes ； Possess the following design capabilities: P&ID updating and upgrading, formulation of requirements related to process design (equipment requirements, electrical requirements, automation requirements); design of process equipment, equipment selection, material selection, and determination of key parameters (plant scale and design margins) ； List of process pipelines (pipeline operating parameters, design parameters, pipeline material, dimensions, etc.) ； Design calculations for pumps and machinery, analysis and calculation of safety valves, design and verification of pipes and equipment (opening conditions, pipe stress conditions, pipe size calculations, heat exchanger calculations, pump calculations, etc.). Finished pipeline-related documents (equipment installation layout diagrams, process pipeline layout diagrams, pipeline axonometric views) – Project man-hour estimation: process section ； 2. Proficient in various specialized software for chemical engineering design, capable of creating process-related documentation such as Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs). 3. Able to propose improvements to existing chemical processes in order to enhance production efficiency and reduce production costs. 4. Familiar with automation in the chemical industry; able to suggest improvements to manual operation systems and implement automated solutions. 5. Familiar with relevant standards and specifications in the chemical industry ； 6. Preference will be given to those with experience in chemical engineering processes, chemical engineering, chemical automation, or with some work experience in the chemical industry. 7. A strong sense of responsibility and enthusiasm for work are required.
