I would like to ask the experts: for a sulfuric acid production plant with a capacity of 250,000 tons per year, what is the typical design thickness of the insulation bricks used for lining? What is the furnace wall temperature?
Usually 400 mm, with a temperature of around 1000–1030
It’s the thickness of the insulation bricks; no refractory bricks are used. Also, I would like to ask what the typical temperature of the outer wall of your firing furnace is. Thank you!
Refractory bricks for the baking furnace: 280; Insulation bricks: 120
