Has the computer-based exam for professional titles in Tianjin been canceled?

Since 2016, there have been no requirements regarding computers for professional title evaluations, but our organization still awards extra points for having computers. I checked the computer training registration notices on the Tianjin Personnel Examination Website; the most recent exam was in April. Is it still possible to register for the computer training now? Are exams still being organized?
There must be more computer exams than just in April! It was said in the news that English and computer skills would no longer be required, but in practice they are still needed
