Venturi powder transfer often gets blocked in front of the throat tube

When using a venturi to transport small amounts of solid powder, blockages start to occur in front of the throat after about three to four hours; these blockages form rings around the throat and end up blocking the entire delivery pipeline. Is there any way to resolve this issue? Please help me out, experts
Are there any photos? Logically, it’s impossible; even if there’s a slight blockage, the high pressure of the water in the main pipeline will simply wash it away. We’ve been transporting solid powders in this way for a long time without any signs of blockages
