How about transferring from the design institute to on-site construction?

Salaries for those in design roles are generally higher than those in construction management.
That’s not necessarily the case. Those who go abroad to work on on-site projects enjoy much better benefits than those in design institutes. But I’m not sure whether it’s okay to return to the design institute after working in construction for a few years I work in the process engineering field; I’ve been doing it for over 5 years now.
Young people should go to the scene to be passionate and gain something from it
