The water vapor evaporated from the cooling towers is particularly noticeable in winter; during cold weather, this vapor condenses into ice, which then falls everywhere. Is there a way to prevent or reduce the evaporation of water vapor, while still ensuring effective cooling and conserving water resources?
Generally, a water collector is added at the top of the tower; tower manufacturers possess this technology.

An additional water collector can help to some extent, but in winter, moisture is still very noticeable.
