Polypropylene chiller maintenance

In polypropylene plants using the loop pipe process, each plant is designed to have only one chiller. During normal production, how is it possible to shut down the chiller unit for maintenance? What to do about pre-polymerization cooling? Is there a backup machine available? Or buy one lens as a spare part?
During normal production, the ice machine must not be stopped
One can only stop it; ice machines generally don’t have problems. Even if there is a problem, it’s usually just a program crash, which can be resolved by restarting the system. If the ice machine malfunctions, cut off the catalyst and increase the feed to the small loop. If the temperature of the small loop still cannot be controlled, then a chain reaction occurs, and the small loop needs to be disconnected in order to maintain the density of loops 1 and 2. For the correction, add a wire at the top of the evaporator and lead it to the recovery unit. It’s up to you to decide where it’s appropriate to direct the 0.4MPA pressure – could it be the inlet of PK301 or tank D304?
