What is the minimum allowable temperature for the feed wax oil entering the wax oil hydrocracking unit?
There are no specific requirements; as long as you can deliver it
The temperature after heat exchange with diesel needs to be taken into account, as there are specific requirements for the temperature of the fluid entering the backwash filter
Too low a temperature will cause frequent backwashing~~~~ It’s still better to have a slightly higher temperature~~~~
It depends on the fluidity of the wax; of course, a higher temperature will result in better performance.
Although there are no specific requirements for this, the constraints are quite clear: 1. It is necessary to maintain good fluidity and low viscosity, in order to reduce energy consumption during pumping； 2. Maintain a low viscosity to ensure the backwash filter can operate properly, and keep the backwashing frequency at a level that avoids waste of raw materials. 3. If the temperature is too low, due to the loading limitations of the reactor feed heating furnace as originally designed, the required temperature for the reactor feed cannot be achieved.
There are no specific requirements, but I personally think a higher temperature is better, as it helps reduce the thermal load on the heating furnace and thus saves energy
