Should coils with a size of less than 150 be classified according to the new regulatory standard TSG 21?

According to TSG21, those with a cross-sectional size of less than 150 are not classified into certain categories. Question: 1. Are the inner and outer coils on pressure vessels classified into such categories? Is it designed and manufactured according to containers? 2. Are the inner coil and outer coil in an atmospheric-pressure vessel of the same type? Is it designed and manufactured according to containers?

In accordance with Article 1.5(5) of TSG21-2016, it falls outside the scope of these regulatory requirements.
Judgment is made in accordance with the upper-class conditions of the TSG21-2016 fixed capacity regulations.
