Hotspot issues in the reactor-recovery system of catalytic cracking units

Catalytic cracking unit, regeneration type: rapid bed + turbulent bed. Hot spots frequently occur in the regeneration line and the external regeneration circulation line. I would like to ask everyone what could be the reasons for this phenomenon?
The main problem is that the location and size of hotspots are not fixed; they change frequently.
One is damaged lining, and the other possibility is catalyst offset in the bed layer~
The inclined tubes are too long, and the placement of the loose points is not reasonable; as a result, the degassing effect of these inclined tubes is poor. The flow of the catalyst cannot be stabilized, and turbulence occurs, which leads to changes in the location of hot spots. Hot spots appear at areas where the lining is cracked or has fallen off. I am more inclined to the issue of bed fluidization you mentioned.
Everything was normal during the first cycle of operation; therefore, I think the problem lies in the fluidization of the two-phase flow in regenerator two.
