My attitude towards the workplace is this: unless you have outstanding abilities that can bring significant benefits to the company (of course, except for leaders’ relatives and cronies), then interpersonal relationships play a key role; otherwise, anyone will do. I don’t think any leader would want to promote an employee who opposes them.
Of course, the Earth will keep spinning just fine without anyone； Ordinary company employees are also essential; no one can do without them.
Leaders have two ways of promoting people: one is to promote those who are capable from among those they like, and the other is to promote those they like from among those who are capable
The most important thing is to be obedient~! Anyway, that’s how the leaders here are~! Those who have the ability to disobey have mostly changed jobs
The workplace is a place to earn a living; approach it with calmness and keep your expectations low.
