Currently, the company has 2,638 and 354 employees who hold qualifications for operating equipment and the entire system process, accounting for 59.6% and 8% of the total number of operators respectively. This not only provides strong support for the stable and efficient growth of the plants, but also creates the necessary conditions for reducing staff while increasing efficiency. I believe that learning the entire process in depth is difficult to achieve; it can only be mentioned in promotional materials, as it’s hard to put into practice. Learning and actual operation are two different things – learning based solely on exams merely results in a superficial understanding. Understanding how to operate a device cannot be accomplished in just a few months; one must participate in the actual operations themselves and spend time working with that device to truly grasp its characteristics. Full-process learning* should not be used to reduce staff and increase efficiency; instead, more salary should be invested to improve the skills of employees in those positions.
