There has to be a certain time frame; if 0 o’clock can’t be used as the deadline, what time does the original poster want to set it for? Under normal circumstances, 0 o’clock marks the beginning of the next day. Is it possible that the time zone where the poster is located is incorrect, which hinders access to the forum?
