What standards does your factory use to replace the self-cleaning filter cartridges? 1. Based on the resistance value: replace it according to the numerical value. 2. Based on usage time: When it needs to be replaced, depending on the amount of time it has been used. 3. When manually purging the filtration tank, what is the change in resistance before and after purification? 4. How much does the resistance increase around the filter due to the obstruction by the filter plates? Talk about the situation at your factory.
It is a filter with automatic backwashing; the filter elements cannot be replaced easily. The normal differential pressure for automatic cleaning is 0.5 kilograms. There are additional backwashing cycles carried out several times a day, which are independent of the differential pressure (these can be set manually; for example, we set it to once every 6 hours). When frequent automatic backwashing occurs, we remove the filter element and clean it manually (by flushing it with high-pressure water).
The backflushing is controlled by a timer, while replacement is determined based on resistance. Previously, the filter cartridge needed to be replaced when the resistance exceeded 1500 Pa; however, improvements have been made now, allowing the filter cartridge to last longer – it is generally replaced when the resistance exceeds 900 Pa, at which point the outer filter paper of the cartridge is replaced~~
Is your resistance of 1500 Pa too high? 900 Pa is actually quite high as well. Have you calculated the energy consumption when the resistance is at 900 and 1500? Replace the outer filter paper of the filter cartridge – aren’t the cartridge and the paper meant to come together? Send me some photos from the scene.
The specific consumption of air compressors remains relatively stable~~ Previously, they were replaced once a year, and replacement was necessary only when the pressure reached 1500 pa. Now, filter paper is wrapped around the filter cartridge to absorb moisture and prevent dust; the filter cartridge needs to be replaced every 2 to 3 years, while the filter paper is usually changed more frequently~~
We don’t calculate it based on resistance; it’s generally replaced every two years. Previously, self-cleaning was achieved by using a backflow controller with a resistance of 850 kPa to open the control valve for purging; now, purging is carried out on a scheduled basis.

When the filtration precision is generally 2um, the efficiency is greater than 99.9%~~ The design temperature is around -41 to 42 degrees Celsius, with a relative humidity of less than 78%~~
