Issues regarding compressor packing

Inside the packing, there are various rings such as radial rings, tangential rings, oil-scraping rings, flow-blocking rings, and throttling rings. What is the function of each of these rings? Is there any pattern to the arrangement of these rings within the packing? I’m not sure, so I’d like to ask everyone for help.:
Cylinder side – Throttle ring – Radial ring, tangential ring, flow-blocking ring – Oil-scraping ring – Shaft side; Throttling at the throttle ring； Radial ring, tangential ring, flow-blocking ring, seal ； Oil scraping ring, used to scrape off lubricating oil from the piston rod.
