Is construction at the site carried out strictly in accordance with the drawings? With such small tubes, the modifications on-site will likely be substantial; it is recommended to purchase a few extra ones, as the price should not be high.
It depends on what type of pipe it is. For pipes with a DN20 diameter, seamless pipes, carbon steel pipes, and stainless steel pipes are all typically 6 meters long each; therefore, 48 meters would need to be purchased. If you want some extra length, just buy one that’s 54 meters long.
Be a bit more flexible – 9 pieces of 6 meters each will do.
It depends on the specifications and length; you need to compare for yourself to determine whether it’s more appropriate to go for options with a lower unit price in larger quantities, or to choose those with a higher unit price based on the actual length required. Seamless steel pipes are usually not available in custom lengths, and those in custom lengths come at a higher cost
There are a few more thin pipes, and some areas have additional piping. Try to control the use of thick pipes. In practice, for example, stainless steel pipes are 6 meters long each; if 2 pipes of 10 meters are needed on site, the construction team will use a 6+4 arrangement rather than a 6+4,2+6+2 arrangement. In other words, there will be two 2-meter pieces left, and no 4-meter piece will remain.
The actual purchase quantity is 1.03 times the amount specified in the drawings; this value can then be adjusted to reflect the full length of the pipe.
