Coke oven gas, calorific value of 4000; air inlet at 200, the valve set at 3/5. Instantaneous gas flow: 14500; flue gas extraction amount: 220, total extraction amount: 500. The flame appears to be burning okay, but it still seems like the combustion is not optimal. Reducing the gas flow to 10000 reduces smoking, but some smoke still appears; no matter how adjustments are made, blue smoke is produced. When the air inlet is increased to 230, there is no more smoke, but the flame temperature drops significantly and the system is on the verge of failing. I seek advice from experts

Blue smoke is generally caused by sulfur oxides; first, check the total sulfur content in the composition of the gas, and then examine for any leaks in the structure of the coke oven!
We have checked for any leaks; the sulfur content is a bit high, but there was no blue smoke in the past
Check if there is water accumulation in the flue! The main reason is that the gas contains too much sulfur; when water is present, it condenses into small mist droplets, which then show color under sunlight!
