Since there is no standard variant of DN15×10, it is being considered to simply make holes in the DN15 pipe. Is this a reasonable approach? Additionally, is there a reasonable way to provide support for ports e and f?

It depends on where it is used; after all, similar approaches can be seen on-site.
There are many ways to create openings on site, and not all of them involve using reducers. Look at the physical properties of the medium and the pipeline grade. Pipelines that are not under special pressure or do not contain flammable or explosive materials do not need to be inspected as thoroughly.

It’s unreasonable. It cannot be processed during actual manufacturing. They can be connected to each other using a DN20 tee. When connecting to F/E, just weld it directly.
The tube is too small; it’s difficult to make a hole in it...
If it is not a special pipeline or medium, this approach can be used, and there are examples of its installation on-site.
If the pipe is too small, there’s no problem making a hole; just use a welded tee.
