Setting of the tower’s safety valve

We have a stabilizer tower that is 33 meters high; it has no valve connections for safety valves. The safety valves are designed to be installed on the extraction pipeline at the top of the tower, but they are not placed on the 34-meter-long pipeline right at the point where the liquid is extracted from the tower, rather they are located on a platform at a height of 6 meters. Is this appropriate?
This isn’t quite appropriate. First, there must be no shut-off valve between the tower top and the safety valve; second, it is difficult to determine the set pressure.
It depends on the process; it can’t be generalized. If there is no interruption in between and the distance is large, it’s not a big problem.
Is there no platform at the top of the tower, and only a platform is available at 6M? If that is the case, it facilitates the replacement and maintenance of the safety valve. But there must be no valves in between, as valves cause pressure drops.
It is not suitable; it should be placed on the tower top platform.
The pressure drop in the inlet pipeline is less than 3% of the set pressure; there is no issue if the outlet pipeline slopes downward
