I work the day shift, 8 hours a day, with weekends off. It seems I have quite a lot of free time these days, and enough time to play games. It’s probably a habit from school – procrastination, staying up late, and so on – that has led to me ending up in a kind of \"school-like work lifestyle\". I’m a slacker; I can’t concentrate on learning new things, and I have no motivation to get certifications. What should I do?
Having a female friend will give me motivation!

Day shift, 8 hours a day. Long? Don’t most companies have 8 hours of work time during the day? Excluding lunch break time. Including the lunch break, it’s 9 to 9.5 hours at the company.
When life puts pressure on you, you’ll have motivation
