Each region can organize events and seek sponsorship through its own channels. 40% of the corporate sponsorship funds are returned as an award to the regional organizing team (which is responsible for finding sponsors; the team must include the regional leader and deputy leaders), while the remaining 60% is used to provide prizes for the participants (forum-themed prizes). 1. The forum can issue invoices to sponsors if necessary, facilitates negotiations with sponsoring companies, and supports corporate-to-corporate payments. 2. It is recommended that sponsorship amounts be between 3,000 yuan and 10,000 yuan per instance. 3. Before seeking sponsorship, moderators should consult with the regional manager first. 4. Once a company decides to sponsor, it should discuss the details with the cleaning staff supervisor. For more information, feel free to talk to the cleaning staff. The basic principle of these rules is that the forum supports regional events, and any sponsorship funds obtained by the regions are returned to those regions for use. Please be informed!
