When integrating into the vent cooling system, it is necessary to consider that the pressure relief time must not delay the processing time in the coke tower; moreover, the impact on the vent tower must also be taken into account, as this could pose safety risks. Additionally, it is important to ensure that the condensate formed after winter pressure testing is removed promptly, in order to prevent the accumulation of water and oil from causing sudden boiling and overpressure in the carbonization tower during preheating.

After the steam pressure test, water vapor turns into condensed water; only a small amount of low-humidity, low-pressure steam and non-condensable gases are released, which have no value nor need for recovery. Not much material is required for device pressure testing, and the cost of recovering such material is high.
