A problem has been identified: a common cause of safety accidents or deviations from safety standards is poor safety awareness, insufficient safety awareness, or weak safety consciousness. Is it that whenever no other reason can be found, everything is attributed to this statement? Also, are safety issues necessarily caused by violations? Safety is relative; there is no absolute safety. How should this ratio be understood? This is not only an issue that needs to be considered for security purposes, but also one that managers at all levels in the production area must take into account.
Any general, vague, or abstract terms are used to conceal the truth. When analyzing and summarizing incidents or safety deviations that occur, it is not that the true causes cannot be identified; rather, once those causes are identified, it becomes difficult to take corrective action or to implement solutions, or there may be situations where subordinates try to analyze issues at a higher level. As a result, such vague terms are used to cover things up. Lack of safety awareness and other factors do not point to any specific individual as responsible, so such accident analyses are merely a formality.
In fact, the causes of safety accidents should be identified accurately; those responsible should be held accountable, and if there are no responsible parties, it indicates that there are shortcomings in work management. In such cases, the systems need to be refined so that these aspects that were not considered before are brought under management. This is how we can prevent problems from arising in the future.
Whenever an accident occurs, it is due to problems in workshop management or individual safety awareness; otherwise, no accidents would happen.
