For the ABB motor, model AMI800 M4A BSPM, the manufacturer provided the exact value of the magnetic center line; we used this value to carry out alignment. However, it was found that the markings on the drive side and the grooves on the shaft do not align with each other even when they meet the dimensions specified by the manufacturer; in some cases, the discrepancy is quite large, up to about 6 millimeters. I would like to ask if anyone has encountered a similar situation? Are there any specific standard values? Thank you! :):):)
Before aligning the motor, let it run idle to determine the actual position of the magnetic center line, make a mark, and then proceed with alignment.
