Requirements for establishing a new temperature and pressure calibration laboratory

I have been working on establishing new standards for temperature and pressure in the company. Today, I went to see the standard rooms that have been selected together with my colleague in charge of civil engineering. According to the \"Specifications for the Evaluation of Measurement Standards\" JJF–2008, only some general requirements are provided, without any details. Do those who are familiar with this know if there are any specific requirements for this laboratory? What aspects will be assessed during the on-site evaluation (excluding standard instruments)?
