Currently, the price of diammonium phosphate is lower than that of monoammonium phosphate. If diammonium phosphate is crushed and used in place of monoammonium phosphate to produce compound fertilizers, costs can be reduced. But what kind of crusher is suitable for crushing diammonium phosphate? Please discuss it.
Roll crusher: It is mainly used for crushing urea, but its crushing efficiency is insufficient (60-mesh passing rate = 20.7%). Due to its low crushing capacity, it can only be used in combination with monoammonium phosphate when crushing diammonium phosphate, and it is not feasible to replace monoammonium phosphate entirely with it. If a larger model of roller crusher is desired, a four-roller crusher can be used, but it requires a larger motor (if the crushing capacity is greater than 10 t/h, two 55 kW motors are needed).
