Height of the spring at position 0 of the variable spring hanger F-type bracket

This post was last edited by FMSD on 2017-1-5 at 13:55. Why isn’t the height of the F-type bracket in position 0 specified for the NBT47039-2013 variable spring hanger? Rather, it is the average height given. Since the loading conditions are different, how can the height be a single value? For example, 5000N and 3000N installation loads, with the same installation height?
It seems that only the F-type springs provide the average height, while the others show the height at a scale of 0. The height of the F-type spring can be adjusted on-site; if there are errors during installation, the height at which the spring is mounted can be slightly adjusted to ensure that the spring makes contact with the pipe. The installation height is related to the average height and the spring displacement.
In my opinion, this error must have been set by the manufacturer at the time of production, in order to ensure the H value. It is indeed different from the old JB/T8130.
