It is driven by an inverter, and equipped with a PLC programmable controller to enable soft start, stepless speed control, electrical feedback braking, and on-site speed adjustment for the centrifuge. It features lid protection, filter cake thickness detection inside the drum (material controller), vibration switch protection, and speed monitoring. It enables fully automatic operation for the entire process of feeding, washing, dewatering, and discharging in the centrifuge. The centrifuge is controlled from two locations, with an operation panel installed on-site. The upper cover of the centrifuge is of quick-opening type, and its opening and closing are driven by air pressure, which helps to prevent oil contamination from affecting environmental hygiene.
