It’s the end of the year again; let’s talk about everyone’s year-end bonuses Which industry is doing best right now?
I’ve always said that for most companies, especially those with limits set on the total annual salary expenditure, the amount of the year-end bonus has little to do with the annual income. If you send too many messages usually, your year-end bonus will be smaller ； If you post less on a regular basis, your year-end bonus will be higher. It’s meaningless to compare just the year-end bonus; it’s only meaningful to compare annual income.
This is not necessarily absolute; there are fundamental differences between state-owned enterprises and private enterprises.
With plenty of money coming in regularly, I can quit at any time; I don’t care about the year-end bonus； Conversely, one has to wait until the New Year to dare to submit a resignation. No matter how you calculate it, the annual total income is what matters most. As for the year-end bonus, to be honest, I’m not sure how much I’ll get.
