There is a leak at the plug of the air-cooling tube bundle in the recovery tower of our unit’s aromatic extraction plant; negative pressure cannot be maintained, and it’s possible that the weld has failed. I would like to ask everyone for advice on how to deal with this issue
Remove the tube bundle; after replacement is approved, carry out welding repairs. Replace the tube bundle during major repairs. :lol
It’s blocked, the pipe bundle is blocked. There is no valve for air cooling, so it cannot be shut off.
