Consider whether steam may penetrate into the oil system~~ Also, when the operating oil pressure is lower than that of the circulating water, the circulating water may enter the oil system, for example during shutdown~~
Based on probability, an internal leak in the oil cooling system is more likely; it’s less likely for steam to penetrate through the shaft seal, and the amount of water formed by condensation of atmospheric moisture is even smaller. Check the oil cooling system! Filtering with a vacuum oil filter can remove water!
Check the amount of oil that seeps in and the quality of the oil~~ If emulsification occurs, it’s best to change the oil right away~~
The probability of steam from large-scale units leaking into the oil system is also quite high~~ Hehe~~
