We can’t take a break on New Year’s Day every year; is there anyone who gets time off? How long to take off? Share it, let’s cheer together.

Those on continuous production shifts cannot take leave, but according to the regulations of the factory and workshops, and after coordinating with the team to ensure sufficient staffing, many companies allow leave to be taken. A night shift, day shift, or middle shift of one day is not considered any type of leave; in the attendance records it is simply marked as “off,” meaning there is no triple overtime pay. Managers who work regular shifts usually aren’t qualified to consider these things; it’s just a matter of checking whether there is any extra special work to be done in the workshop during holidays When overtime is required, you have no choice; it essentially means making sacrifices. Our factory allows for at most 1 or 1.5 days of overtime per month – if you want to advance in your career, you can’t be too picky about such things.

I haven’t had a proper vacation in a few months now~~~
We take time off when we have it. It was shown twice this October: once on the Gregorian calendar and once on the lunar calendar
School is closed starting tomorrow, for three days~
