I’m really in a low mood today: (1) The customer placed an order a month ago; the goods were supposed to be picked up within 10 days. Since he wasn’t in a hurry, they remained in the factory for about 20 days. When it was time to pick them up, he wanted them to carry his brand name, so we had to send them out of the factory again. It was originally planned to ship after payment, but he said he was in a hurry after loading the first shipment, so shipping was arranged for it. The first shipment arrived at the construction site, and the second one was on its way as well; by then it was already dark, yet the payment hadn’t been made. When called, they said it would be arranged soon, but to this day the payment still hasn’t arrived. Some of my feelings have been hurt; I feel like I’ve been deceived! ! ! (2.) Some supplies were procured from another location; it was agreed that the unit price would be based on the cost in Tianjin. But when the goods arrived in Tianjin, we were told to go pick them up, and we were also required to cover the shipping costs! ! ! ! (3.) It’s the end of the year; the customer has been in arrears for 4 years, paying a little bit each year. But this year when I called to collect the money, they kept saying they had no funds. Today, when I contacted them by phone, that purchaser actually said he had resigned! ! ! ! (4.) Another client, who still hasn’t settled part of the payment, called and asked me to sell about 200 tons of inventory on their behalf as a favor. They also said they don’t have any money at the moment and can only settle the account with the client once these goods are sold. (In other words, if these supplies aren’t dealt with, there will be no money.) We’ll talk about it after it’s taken care of. The issue is that these accumulated goods have been there for a long time; they’re severely rusted and not easy to sell. Moreover, he has set a minimum selling price. It’s just a hot potato! ! ) Then I became unhappy...... But life goes on as usual, hehe, tomorrow is another new day :)
Money is hard to earn, debts are hard to repay! At the end of the year, it’s all about using connections to find ways to collect debts
The New Year is approaching~~~ things are tough for everyone; hurry and take care of things so as to have a good New Year~~~~
:hug::hug: Yeah, it will pass
:hug: Yeah, isn’t that right?
The New Year is approaching, and the holiday itself represents another challenge to overcome
In my previous company, at the end of the year, the procurement staff would turn off their phones by leaving their accounts unpaid.
It’s great when everyone works together for mutual development and values integrity:)
:o:o I told you, sometimes when I call, they’re never at the service area.
