I need help: what is the required downtime for vehicles containing hazardous chemicals (gasoline, diesel, liquefied gas products) after loading/unloading, and after filling (unloading) is completed? Which specification requirement is being followed? Or what is the detection method for fully releasing static electricity? I’ve seen many sources suggest leaving the device stationary for 10 minutes before and after loading, while others recommend 3–5 minutes. I’m not sure what the basis for this is. The static electricity grounding connection remains active throughout the loading process, so why is it necessary to leave the device stationary for such a long time after loading is complete? Some standards provide overly general descriptions; they only state that static electricity should be fully discharged, but do not specify any methods for detecting such full discharge. I would appreciate it if the teachers could offer some guidance!
