Friends, I have a question for everyone. Is it necessary for a unit to obtain a cylinder filling license in order to use steel cylinders for sampling in liquefied gas sampling operations?
I’ve really never seen such a method of sampling. I wonder what the pressure in this gas cylinder is? It’s best to provide a detailed explanation. However, if it really involves filling such high-pressure gas cylinders, a permit for cylinder filling is absolutely required. For reference.
I know that this sampling isn’t necessary, because sometimes samples are taken by the authorities, and I’ve never seen a gas cylinder filling license either.

Although the sampling bottle has a small volume, the sampling medium is liquefied gas, and according to current safety requirements, an operation permit is required.
