I also have a question: can titanium alloy plates resist corrosion by hydrofluoric acid? Titanium alloys are pitted by hydrofluoric acid at very low concentrations, resulting in holes the size of eggs (there are such cases)
Monel 400 alloy is relatively suitable for hydrofluoric acid
Titanium alloys are not resistant to hydrofluoric acid corrosion; consult corrosion data and material selection manuals.
