Food is the most essential need of people. So, let’s talk about food this week. 1. Which food is your favorite? Why? For me, eating delicious food is my favorite enjoyment. It’s hard to say which specific food or type of dish is my favorite. Right now, beefsteak or lamb chops are my favorite foods, as they taste good and help satisfy my desire to eat meat. 2. What is your favorite way to eat – at home, in restaurants, or for takeout? If I can cook as well as the chefs in restaurants, it’s cheaper and more convenient at home. Restaurants are suitable for two or more people; if I’m single, I prefer to order takeout. 3. What do you usually have for breakfast? Usually, I soak cooked rice in soup or water. We’re Chinese. 4. If you’re a housewife, how do you prepare dinner? For housewives, the big challenge is having to decide every day what to cook for dinner.

Is apple your favorite? My parents have many apples; in my hometown, growing apple trees is the main source of income. I grew up surrounded by apples, so I like them as well, but they’re not my favorite.

Shredded pork stir-fried with green peppers. I’m addicted to foods with a pepper flavor. 2. At home. My mother is the best cook. These days, no one teaches beautiful princesses how to cook? 3. Firstly, fish is my favorite food. It doesn’t matter whether it’s fish from the sea or from rivers/lakes. Except for fried fish that’s soaked in oil, I like eating fish in any cooking method. I enjoy eating my favorite fish at home as well as in restaurants. If I have enough time and the right opportunity, the fish I cook at home tastes delicious. If someone invites me to dinner out, I always order fish. I have watermelon for breakfast these days. Actually, I’m a housewife at home; I like to prepare meals for my husband and sit together with him. We talk about interesting things while having dinner.
