Since the weekly topic activity was launched, most of the posts posted have received a rating of 8 or more points; however, the number of posts in each section is relatively very low. Fellow netizens, please explain the reasons behind this and share your honest opinions.
As for me, when I come here to check the posts, it’s to see the weekly or daily questions. To be honest, the posts I create aren’t very good. Everyone here is here to communicate, but many of the seniors don’t have time to post, which is why there aren’t many posts. As juniors like us, we lack experience and therefore hesitate to post technical content; most of our posts are requests for help. Meanwhile, the seniors who can post technical content are too busy. With the current cost of living, and considering the treatment given to technicians and engineers, it’s understandable that the seniors don’t have time. These are my humble opinions; I humbly ask for your guidance. Please point out any mistakes, and I thank you in advance.
The machinery district is very prosperous these days, but the Prime Minister still insists on striving for excellence! I’m just here to send my best wishes – may the district continue to develop better and better!
In my opinion, the main reason for the lower number of posts related to weekly topics is that these topics are generally quite challenging and require a lot of practical experience as well as in-depth thinking and reflection. The rewards obtained from them are significantly less compared to those from the daily topics, resulting in an unproportional balance between effort and reward.
I feel this is a very good format. I learned a lot from it. Perhaps due to my low level, I find some of the questions to be quite difficult

That’s all we know; it’s difficult to meet everyone’s demands, so we just do our best. The main reason is that most of these sailors who come to Haichuan lack practical experience; although many of them work in the machinery and equipment industry, most of them have never worked on the front line. There is some theory, but a lack of practical experience in working with it.

Overall, the daily question feature in your district is quite good; however, there is sometimes low participation, and I think there are several reasons for this: 1. The questions can be difficult at times； 2. Sometimes the questions cover a wide range of topics, and it’s impossible to provide an answer within such a limited number of words; I’m too lazy to try to answer them ； 3. It is too specialized, resulting in few participants. It’s just my opinion; please don’t criticize.
