How to connect a 6-inch US standard pipe to a 5-inch metric pipe?

As stated in the title, the pipes entering the boundary area are 6-inch US standard pipes, while the pipes at the interfaces within that area are DN125 metric pipes with a working pressure of 2.4 MPa; the medium handled is flammable and explosive. How should these pipes be connected?
Use a 6\"x5\" reducer.
Elbows for straight pipes; reducing tees for branches
A male and female connector will work for this, but you’ll need to have it custom-made; it’s not a standard product, so there’s no other option
In this case, a transition fitting is needed, one that is the same size as the ends, so that it can be installed
For pipe connections, simply use an adapter to make the transition; an adapter with dimensions of Φ168.3*133 will suffice
