Pipeline plan view symbol issues

Are the symbols for valves or flanges in the pipe plan the same as those used in the axonometric view? Are the symbols for auxiliary components such as valves in the plan views and axonometric views different from those in the axonometric views?
The representation of valves and flanges in plan views and axonometric views should be consistent, as there is a separate sheet provided when producing the drawings, which outlines the legend for that set of drawings
