Leakage in copper threaded pipe connection

The imported copper pipes have been tested and found to be qualified using plug gauges, ring gauges, and thread templates. However, air leakage is detected after assembly; the testing pressure is 85 psi. The thread sealant Real-Tuff was specified by the customer, and its replacement is not allowed, nor is the use of tape or hemp fiber permitted. The equipment uses compressed air at 85 psi for testing, while nitrogen is used during actual operation. I would greatly appreciate any advice on possible solutions. Thank you very much! With such low pressure, try something else; do you have gaskets?
