What is the end plate at part number 2 in the F1 pipe rack?

This post was last edited by 2005180005 on 2019-1-6 09:02. As shown in the image, what is the end plate at part number 2 in the F1 pipe rack? Is it a steel plate? What is the thickness of that steel plate?
Refer to Note (2); the pipe rack table is determined based on your design, such as the elevation of the supports and the locations of the support points
It’s just an ordinary steel plate; when welding, make sure to create a small vent hole under the fake pipe. The steel plate is usually 6 mm thick; there is no special requirement for it – its purpose is simply to prevent rainwater, dirt, and insects from getting in
