American standard pipe fitting standards

I once saw a standard for American pipe fittings that included elbow fittings with flanges; I’m looking for this standard.
Are the inclined tubes integral or welded on? Integral ones come with standards, while those welded on are non-standard
The flange together with the short pipe forms a fitting; I can’t remember which standard it follows
ASME B16.5 – I’m not sure if that’s what you mean
Thank you, it’s not B16.5. Flange stubs are welded to the back of elbows, and some are welded obliquely to straight pipes

Similar to this diagram, but it involves welding pipe flanges to the pipe tray; it seems to be for installing instruments.
