Can the DN250, CL600, THK3.2, B0222 metal wound gasket replace the DN250, CL300, THK3.2, B0222 metal wound gasket? And vice versa?
They are different; the flange sizes vary, so they cannot be used interchangeably；
But in Table 3.2.5-2 of HG/T 20615-2009, the dimensions of the sealing surfaces are the same for CLASS300 to CLASS2500
Flange size and seal surface size are two different concepts, right?
I agree with the opinion from the second floor; you should check the standards for gaskets, as the dimensions for CL300 and CL600 are different.
The outer diameter of the gaskets in the two specifications is the same.
The metal wound gaskets at the front and back are the same; what question is this supposed to answer?

Apart from the fact that one is class300 and the other is class600, everything else is the same. According to Table 3.2.5‑2 in the standards, the outer diameter of the sealing surfaces for both 300 and 2500 is the same; so shouldn’t they also be interchangeable? Since it can be used universally then, why are there different pressure ratings? Once the nominal diameter of the flange is determined, there is only one specification for gasketing materials, regardless of the pressure, right? Maybe it wasn’t expressed clearly enough
