1. Oil measurement: It primarily involves measuring the flow rate of oil using various flow meters such as turbine flow meters, mass flow meters, gate flow meters, rotameters, ultrasonic flow meters, and target flow meters. Other instruments for measuring temperature, pressure, and density are then used to make adjustments and corrections, thereby achieving higher measurement accuracy and meeting the requirements of domestic and international measurement and trading standards. In addition, the system is equipped with volume tubes (piston-type, ball-type) and a water level system to perform online calibration of the flow meter. 2. Monitoring of pipeline oil products: Currently, online density meters and optical analysis are used to monitor the density of the oil products, thereby enabling proper oil separation. However, due to objective factors, when the density changes, the data shows a slow-changing curve; the amount of mixed oil increases over time. As a result, there is a portion of oil that constitutes what is known as mixed oil, which is collected in special tanks for further processing. With the advancement of technology, other analytical instruments have also been developed (such as viscometers), which are installed in the analysis booths to detect the oil inside the pipelines simultaneously with other instruments, thereby improving production efficiency. 3. Measurement and analysis skid-mounted systems: Skid-mounted equipment offers advantages such as a small footprint, centralized installation of devices, ease of operation and setup, as well as convenience for routine maintenance; it is widely used both domestically and internationally. Pipes, valves, instruments, electrical components, control cabinets, etc. are integrated within a steel frame base or enclosure. It enables functions such as truncation, metering, pressure control, and component analysis. 4. Online sample analysis: The loading equipment is equipped with an online analysis function that allows for real-time analysis of samples. Samples can also be taken through the sampling port for analysis in the laboratory.
