Among them, 3 72-inch gate valves have a nominal diameter of 1.8 meters, a height of 8.58 meters, and a weight of 31.5 tons. The 88-inch gate valve is the largest item in this order, with a nominal diameter of about 2.2 meters, a height of 10.23 meters, and a weight of 46.87 tons. The increase in height has resulted in the wall thickness and strength of the gate valves exceeding the industry production standards, posing a series of manufacturing challenges. In order to create products that can represent \"High-Tech Zone manufacturing\" and \"Made in China,\" Newway Valves applies a craftsman’s spirit, integrating theoretical calculations, finite element analysis, and advanced manufacturing techniques throughout the design, casting, machining, surfacing, assembly, and testing processes to ensure control over the key technologies. As a result, the products pass the API598 tests on the first attempt, achieving zero leakage of water and gas.
