Among them, clauses 3.1.1, 3.1.2 (1, 2, 3), 3.2.2, 3.2.3, 4.0.8, 5.2.1, 5.2.2, 5.3.1, 6.1.1, 6.3.8, 6.6.5, 6.6.7, 6.6.10 (4), 6.7.3, 6.7.8, 6.8.1, 6.8.9 (4), 6.8.12, 6.9.7, 7.3.2, 8.3.1, 8.4.3 (1), 8.4.6 (1), 8.4.8, 8.4.9, 8.5.4, 8.6.1, 9.2.3, 10.1.4, 10.2.5, 10.2.9, 10.3.8, 10.4.3, and 10.4.4 are mandatory provisions that must be strictly enforced.
