Liquid ammonia pipelines can pass through or cross the roads within the park

There are two plant sites, located on the north and south sides of the park’s roads; the ammonia tanks are in the southern plant site, while they are used in the northern plant site. Is it possible to have ammonia pipelines that cross the road? There are public power lines along the road. How is the fire separation distance implemented? Thank you!
Of course, it can be crossed; the crossing and spacing are specified in the piping design reference book.
