Which brand offers high-quality enamel jacketed (steam) valves?

We have a product here that requires an enamel-lined discharge valve to be installed at the bottom of the tank; this valve must come with a steam jacket. Since the melting point of the material being discharged is 130 degrees, steam heating is necessary to prevent it from solidifying. Moreover, there is also corrosion caused by chlorine and hydrogen chloride, so enamel is necessary. I haven’t been able to find a suitable manufacturer. Could anyone among you recommend one? Thank you

Insulation is meant to prevent crystallization inside the valve. Still, thanks for your suggestion.
Our company manufactures fluorine-lined insulated discharge valves, which use steam for insulation; the temperature of the steam is adjusted to match the temperature inside the tank.
